Galle Dutch Fort
Galle Dutch Fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a well-preserved fortified city in Sri Lanka that showcases the fusion of European and South Asian architecture and urban planning from the 16th to 19th centuries. Initially built by the Portuguese, it was significantly developed by the Dutch into a formidable fortress, later expanded by the British.

It is a great place to shop not too far from Europe. We took the bus from Port Authority and traveled through the countryside to get there.
